Who did what? Let's say getting rid of that virus is a given for everyone in some way or another so you're all getting intimate for that. And then Cole probably forgot to wish for his existence to stick around so Cassandra definitely covered that one and probably covered everyone that exists in the future as a result of it too. I have no idea what you asked for but I'd think it wouldn't be a mess at all unless you contradicted them. But even if you did, you'd probably go back to a different timeline where yours works and theirs doesn't so it's all fine.
